Michael Matthews From SexSearch.com = Credible?

Good Morning Guys,

A couple weeks ago we made a few deals with SexSearch.com thru a sales executive called Michael Matthews. This guy told us that he will sent the money thru a check, since their policy.

Almost a month left, and there's no check arrived.

I heard from a couple of webmasters that it happend to them with him too, does anyone have what to say about that?

sexsearch is a huge zango user which steals from webmasters, not sure how credible i'd call their company....

I have been speaking with matanu for weeks about a deal and have repeatedly told him that the deal was moving forward and the check has been sent. Unfortunately he lives in another country and as everyone knows can take some time before a check will arrive. Also i find it comical that Broda (GallerySubmitter.com) would post his comments when he was so eager to work with us until we rejected his deal, not less then 5 min ago.

Sex Search is one of the most credible companies to work with. And if a deal is set up we keep our commitment .

Yes, very comical. What I'm reacting to is not your decline, trust me, I get loads of those, from companies far more interesting than yours - it's the way you handled the situation. Very unprofessional. And your lack of business understanding, the very way that agreements are reached and the judicial implications once you agree to something, that being in writing or over email or icq, and particularly when you explicitely request to be billed, and then just think you can back out later in the process with a lame excuse that does nothing but illuminate an incredible lack of skills to not even comprehend such simple a thing as what I illustrated to you... man, whoa, yes, it's quite comical. But trust you me, I'm laughing way more than you are.

I sold a couple of banner spots to SexSearch on 6/20. I haven't been paid yet. But I was told that my check will be sent out on Thursday, after the July 4th holiday. *sigh*

There was no signed contract no. But, there was a consent, and a request, on their behalf, so legally speaking, that is a contract. No matter how you twist and turn it - which Michael certainly is doing.
And I'm no fool - I knew a while ago he'd try to back out - so it didn't come as a surprise. But I did enjoy the moment where the little moron thought he'd play clever on me an play the "we never signed anything" trick. Hahahaha. What a rush. I pity the fool that puts his business in the hands of that moron.
