everyone's HD is down converted to SD.. anyone claiming it's true HD must have some serious bandwidth bills. You might shoot in HD (most don't even do that and shoot HDV, BIG difference) but everyone down converts the files to SD so they are easier to handle for download etc.

"HD" at this point is still just a fake marketing gimmick for paysites. None of them have true HD.

Given that it takes something like 15-20 Mps to deliver a true HD video (i think), there is really no such thing as internet HD porn. Videos can be filmed in HD, and encoded to AVI, Flash etc, and you will probably get a higher quality video than shooting in standard def. But in terms of sending out a true 1080p, i or 720p video, you just cant do it. Even downloading would take to long for most people.

You may wanna encode those at a higher bitrate if you call it HD. WMV HD standard is 5k vice the 1.7 those are at.

No where did I ask for streaming of 720 or 1080 videos...
I asked for sites that offered wmvHD in 720 or 1080 resolutions. True... most people's video cards can't handle that codec.... but thats ok... we are looking to hit a niche market. We have an online newsletter that has accumulated over 10,000 emails in the last year of people that have the proper hardware, are looking for porn and are willing to download the size (wmvHD = 2gig for about 1 hour) Ponder... then speak! Thanks for everyone that posted!
