ePassporte support

I found a bug in ePassporte's statements today. Michael wasn't online so I decided to take my chances and call support. A human answered the phone after only 10 seconds on hold. She was very pleasant, helpful, and stayed on the line for over 30 minutes with me trying to sort out the problem.

The problem was there is a bug in ePass's system when generating statements. It occasionally gives incorrect balances.

Pretty major for a financial company to give people bad statements, but support was excellent.

The funny thing about it was, when she finally realized the problem and said 'hey, you're right!", she went to ask her supervisor about it. He basically said she was stupid and it depends on the starting date you use, which of course is complete bullshit. He didn't get it at all, and so nothing will probably be done to fix the bug. People are going to continue to get bad statements from ePassporte.

Michael, I hope you're reading this and will forward it to your tech department. You have a ghost in the machine.
