I found a bug in ePassporte's statements today. Michael wasn't online so I decided to take my chances and call support. A human answered the phone after only 10 seconds on hold. She was very pleasant, helpful, and stayed on the line for over 30 minutes with me trying to sort out the problem.
The problem was there is a bug in ePass's system when generating statements. It occasionally gives incorrect balances.
Pretty major for a financial company to give people bad statements, but support was excellent.
