NATS sponsors send payments below minimum payout?
A couple of NATS programs have released payments below the minimum I've set, but it's nothing obvious like an end-of-year cleanup payment. Does this happen to anyone else?

Ok, looking again it seems that a figure appears on the payments screen but it doesn't actually get released, it just keeps "slipping" each payment date until enough accumulates to meet the minimum. I think. Can anyone clarify this?

If they have the old template setup on the payments.php page it shows the date of each payout but until you have met the minimum it wont actually be sent out, If they update the page which is simple to do it will show Pending instead of the date like it does now
