usa has mobile broadband, is there a roam-free, europe-wide equivalent?

tmobile uk has web and walk, but it looks like it comes with roaming charges when entering another country.

Im looking for a mobile broadband europe-wide solution.

Does this exist?

Just a heads up but the USA version is pretty weak. You might want to make sure their idea of "broadband" and yours is the same.

No there is not. Europe is not ONE country, unlike the USA, so each country has different plans/rates etc.

Sucks, I know...

3 can provide mobile internet for a good part of europe but it could hardly be considered mobile broadband. You'll be lucky to get 10kb/s but it's better than nothing.

I can get 3mbit over the 3 network in all of Denmark and according to the ISP it works in quite a few European countries. It will just add on extra roaming charges when I leave my home country.

I just checked. The ISP I am using for mobile internet has networks in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the UK, France, Italy and a few others. All those countries are covered under the same base price of around 45$ for a 3mbit connection with unlimited traffic.
