I have a personal ban on "Regards". It's much too indian for my taste. "Best regards" is even worse. They should make spam filters watch for it.
I tend to answer with "relatively better regards" or "slightly worse regards" |

The cam industry has been doing this for a while.
I added it to a site, it converted about 1:800 on exit consoles .. which I considered amazing. Paid out $5,000-$8,000 per month, usually, which was a nice little bonus for adding a small pop. |
