very disappointed - just like last season - bullshit ending

Obvioualy left the ending wide open so the can do feature films!

My wife and I were saying the same thing. she was talking about that ending for weeks after the show. It actually moved her in some way

There were a ton of story lines that were like that: Furio leaving, Adrianna's death (never shown), Pine Barrens epsiode, Silvio still in the hospital, etc.

i take it he called it quits and got the fuck outta dodge knowing he was up, and it wasent worth perusing

Just can't believe what a waste of time this episode was. I hate when they leave it for speculation. Not sure I would pay to see the movie now if they did one.

Hmmm, I've never seen it, but if I was a fan.. it sounds to me like I'd be pissed right about now.

"Tony, Carmela and AJ sitting in a diner. Customers coming in and out, all of whom seem, for a moment, like a potential hit man. Meadow botching her parallel parking outside, and finally walking through the door. The family's all eating a meal together, just as they did in the last scene of the each season. But then—black. Wait: did my cable just go out? What the #@*&? And then, after a few seconds, the credits roll, and we realize we've all been had. Or have we? Rather than give viewers an ending that was bound to disappoint fans who didn't want it all to end that way, we get to create the ending ourselves, in our own imaginations, in a whatever way we want."

They pretty much showed Silvio shooting Adrienna.

That episode was so fucking funny with Paulie and Chrissy

My brother, his wife and me were watching and when the screen went black we were like "WTF??? NOT NOW!! FUCKING CABLE!" than the credit started to roll lol

Even that part sucked. It was totally out of character for Meadow not to be in control.

in a way guys think about it.......the whole series was about Tony Soprano...it was from his perspective.....remember what he was told earlier in the episode.... not knowing when its your turn...you never see it coming.....I think Tony dies in the end and the depiction of the black screen for those seconds is Tony dead from his eyes...notice how he is reaching for something as Meadow is running into the resturant after she parks.

just my thought on it

How about the movie Analyze That with Billy Crystal and Robert DeNiro???......DeNiro's character was afraid to think about his father being WHACKED in the past....Guilt and hunting visuals are the least of the favoriate mob thoughts......It ended like a tragic comedy....
