Epassporte doesn't accept new accounts ???
After sign up I've got the following message on the screen:
"... In order to complete the sign up process, you must add a verified load mechanism to your account and load a minimum amount of $25.00. Please select one of the following load options : ..." But there are no any load options available ... Just a blank space! Does it mean Epassporte refuses to accept new accounts? Or it's just a temporary problem?
