But there are no any load options available ... Just a blank space!
Does it mean Epassporte refuses to accept new accounts? Or it's just a temporary problem?

Accounts from countries marked with ** on the
sign up page is subject to controlled account features as described in the pop up. One of the is not being able to load via credit card, so the only way to activate the account is to receive a payment from a business account.
