Godaddy taking money for nothing?

Today i got 3 charges from godaddy.com , two for 7.86$ and one for 7.17$. I have not bought anything from them today, and no auto renews was made. The last charge in account order history is for 2007/06/06 date, and it;s also on epassporte statement so i have no problems with it. I have tried to call godaddy, they said that today was NO TRANSACTIONS with my credit card and i should not see them on my statement. But i see!
Now, if i call epassporte and ask to refund these transactions, do godaddy will let me buy in the future with same credit card?

I would like to hear your opininions. Thanks, sorry for my poor english.

Maybe they charged you for previous orders. BTW why 7.86 and 7.17? Weird numbers. You 100% sure that Godaddy is responsible for the charges?

***UPDATE***

I just got off the phone with my account exec. He said it is a known issue with the processor that they are dealing with. You should see credits for these charges soon. They are aware of the situation.
