Suggest soft. that convert AVI to MPEG1
Anyone knows some software that converts AVI to MPEG1 ?
But i have a few AVI's where is audio compressed in MPeg Layer 3 I have several programs like TMPGEnc, InterVideo WinProducer, HonesTech Mpeg Encoder, but they support MPeg Layer only 1 and 2, i need something that supports latest MPeg Layer 3 compression for audio.

Yep, premiere will do it. It might be overkill though. Cleaner 5 is probably the best thing to use in that case. It supports most file types and cross files such as your mp3 problem. There's also a smaller program called FlaskMpeg that can do it.
