still looking for a new VPS, here are my requirements:

- VPS with Adult content allowed
- Minimum 7GB Storage
- Minimum 300 GB's Transfer
- Minimum 256MB RAM Guaranteed (Much Preferred >= 384MB)
- DirectAdmin Control Panel (Included with price)
- Basic Support
- Monthly Price Max $39
- No setup fees

DirectAdmin alone costs $14/mo for ISPs who don't push volume and many adult hosting companies use custom control panels.

Why not just roll over to like Webair or OC3 and ask for a small dedicated machine (p4, 512mb ram, 40 gig hdd) for like $79/mo. Im sure they would be able to give you that with 1mbps (330gigs a month of bandwidth)

I use futurehosting, they have a special until 6/4 on VPS.

This is from their ad, obviously it's Plesk or cPanel and not DirectAdmin, but it meets your other criteria if you get desperate:
