I just got word from Boneprone that a former SIC employee said that the problem was due to Tonda... It seems the accounts manager was being replaced around the time I was flagged.

Well I can't quote Boneprone -- but he said that he worked
out the situation exclusively with Derek... But it seems that Derek quit working (why I can't say) at Shaw Internet the day after he solved Boneprone's problem!!! Tonda was the replacement and she didn't know what the fuck she was doing! |
