It's offical now. Webmasters have to do nothing more than submit an email and others will do the work for them.

The sponsor submits a gallery with the affiliates link code embedded in the gallery to his or her site daily. The sponsor benefits because it ensures that a gallery advertising their site is always listed on the affiliates site. The sponsor doesn't need to rely on the webmaster logging in to the affiliate area, grabbing FHGs, and then importing them into a script. The affiliate benefits because they don't have to do anything but set-up a submit account and they get fresh content daily directly from the sponsor containing their affiliate ID.

ok so whats the average traffic one could expect?
Most hosted galleries are shite can I make my own custom templates and have you submit them? Or are you just running them with auto submit?
