Excuse my ignorance, but if he fucked more than one person to a total of more than $ 5000.00 Canadian dollars
(approx $ 3300.00 USD) if you can provide copies of your payments to him, with proof that he didn't deliver what he promised (there were no hits to your pages or whatever the case was) - you can forward that through your lawyer to the RCMP or the Police in his area. Over $ 5000.00 collectively, you can have an investigation by the federal police opened up for fraud.
