I'm not particularly enamoured of his position that the free market will sort out issues over oil supplies and that it's reactionary price mechanism is better than government investment in alternative energy to reduce dependence on foreign oil. Some things are better to plan ahead for than to simply react. It may even put the country on a better footing to be non-interventionist.

He's a stale Republican, the types that got beaten down in the last November election. Financially, I'd love to see him win because he'd keep the tax cuts and potentially even cut off some more. Socially, no matter what you say, he'll go after obscenity prosecutions like other right wing Presidents. It's no secret that obscenity indictments were down 80% under Clinton. For the sake of my immediate bank account, I like Thompson. For the sake of working in this industry and having a free speech Internet, I don't. |
It really doesn't matter what the normal gfy "experts", pinkoes, always clueless Canadians, "the guys in the newsroom", what the nut-job Alex Jones thinks, or what the results of DOCTOR 30's worthless polls indicate.
It is the Conservatve Republican base that will determine the nominee and he's not considered a serious candidate. He blew whatever microscopic chance he had with the stupid statements about 9/11 during the last debate and the fact that his poll numbers are close to ZERO. I doubt he will even be invited to the next presidential debate. The fact is that he is CONSISTENTLY LESS than 1% in the polls (Zogby) http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=1316 and (Gallup) http://www.galluppoll.com/content/?ci=27598 First Choice for 2008 Republican Nomination Based on Republicans/Republican leaners May 10-13, 2007 % Rudy Giuliani 29 John McCain 23 Fred Thompson 12 Mitt Romney 8 Newt Gingrich 6 Sam Brownback 2 Tommy Thompson 1 Mike Huckabee 1 Tom Tancredo 1 George Pataki 1 Duncan Hunter * Jim Gilmore * Chuck Hagel * Ron Paul 0 Plus his fund raising sucks, I.E. he has no money..... Please do some basic fact checking, and maybe converse with a real Republican before you spew this bilge again. :disgust |
P.S.
He doesn't piss Republicans off because his candidacy is considered a joke. |

In case you didn't notice Nancy Drew, your Scooby Doo detective skills didn't notice YOU'RE POSTING ON A FUCKING PORN BOARD. No self respecting Republican lower than snakeshit in quicksand would post here and have any credibility. We're having fun joking around about politics and you come in here tossing around insults like somebody other than Snap, Crackle, and Pop give a fuck about you. |

I hear that shit every other Monday. Here are the FACTS: You CANNOT be a Conservative AND deal in PORN in any way shape or form. Maybe the Count from Sesame Street can do the math for you. To be right-wing/Conservative and even LOOK at porn invalidates your stance and is against the very core values upon which Conservatism stands on. Judeo-Christian ethics are involved here but when applied to psychotics who try to justify this shit it doesn't work. People in this industry claiming to be Conservative are in a state of delusion that somehow it justifies their agendas. Like how they sell weapons on a global basis but will scream about how Jesus will condemn all the murderers. Hypocritical bullshit and mentally deranged justifications for their behavior. |
Ron Paul 2008! The best candidate for keeping the government out of our business!
|
Quote:
You're an idiot. You're confusing "socially Conservative" (christian psychos) with Economic and Governmental Conservatives. People can be fine with gay people, abortions, etc and STILL want a smaller government, less taxes, less spending and enforcement of the constitution. That is still considered a 'Conservative'. Big difference between that and a social-Conservative, don't lump it all together. |

Go start some boy chasing, weapons dealing, constitutional law perverting, political party on your own. |

So if you're a millionaire and a Republican is saving you tens of thousands of dollars, I totally understand. But if you're just an average guy in the industry making an honest living, you'd have to be crazy to vote for a far right Republican. |
You gotta be kidding me.
The alltime worst threat to this industry is an anti-porn feminist woman president. AKA Hillary Clinton. Ron Paul has stated already - Internet censorship should be done on the USER end via software (netnanny type stuff) and NOT regulated by the government. With that said, how could you NOT be supporting this guy over Hillary? Its sad how brainwashed people are into thinking its about democrats VS republicans - go independent and think for yourself, listen to each candidate 1 by 1 and you'll see not all of them follow every single traditional party line. |

Friggin' Giuliani has a lightning bolt strike the building just as he's answering a question about abortion.
Ron Paul spoke intelligently and like a real doctor would. I really wanted to vote for Giuliani but he brings such bizarre events to himself. I want a president who is just normal. |
