How is that even LEGAL by any means??? A company as big as Hustler wouldnt make a silly mistake like this would they???

If what is alleged is true - this is just another copyright issue. Again, if true, there is no reason why any Euro lawyer would no act for this potential client - despite the violation is alleged in the US.
