I tend not to believe stories like this, especially when posed on the interwebs. They're generally fake and made only to smear the industry :2 cents:

How is that even LEGAL by any means??? A company as big as Hustler wouldnt make a silly mistake like this would they???

If what is alleged is true - this is just another copyright issue. Again, if true, there is no reason why any Euro lawyer would no act for this potential client - despite the violation is alleged in the US.
