Why would you not be allowed to delete your old credit cards out of your epass account? I don't get it, I can change or delete my account details in paypal with a few clicks. They send confirmation emails which I must respond to with my passord and answer a few key questions that only I would know the answer to, and that's that. DONE.
I doubt this is about fraud protection, it's about a glitch in their system that they need to look into and fix.
I've wanted on several occasions to go ahead and set up an epass account for myself, it's threads like this that prevent that from happening.
Keyser, you have to admit it's rather odd for a client not to be able to delete a few old CC's and replace them with a new one, no? I'm trying to think of another business situation where that might happen and honestly I can't think of one.Promote Wildmatch, ImLive, Sexier.com, and more!!

Yeah that is total bullshit, I asked them the same thing because I needed to deleate some old cards as well, but I got the "you can't deleate credit cards once they're on there". Wtf is up with that, why not?Sorry I am frustraited.
I just called epassporte to ask them where the fucking add new card link is and they tell me I have too many cards on file that is why I don't see the link. OK FINE, let me delete some I can't use them anyway. I had old cards from Bank one on t here and then I had put new cards on when Chase sent me new cards. None of them work now, let me delete them. I am told " SORRY you can't" . ok then how do I add a new one. " Well you will need special approval from corperate that will take 7 - 10 days" WTF... so i was actually advised to set up a new account?
What kind of bullshit is that ?
I agree with you those, Chase bank sucks every since they bought out Bank One. I've had nothing but problems since they switched.Comment

You must have slipped through the crack some kind of way. I've spent a lot of time going over this with my bank. I have threatened to pull my accounts. In the end its not worth it.
I go out of my way to get a credit card just so I can use epass and i still have problems, they tell me to make a new account because I have too many cards on file. If an account holder needs more than 5 CCs on his/her account they need to contact us then we will do a quick review and add some more open slots.Truth TellerComment

That wasn't the question / complaint. I don't want to bust your balls. You seem like a nice guy and doing the best you can under the circumstances.
The question was why can't we delete old / expired cards off of our own account. The customer service person I spoke to today said cards can not be deleted. Not only can I not do it myself it sounded like it couldn't be done, period. I don't see what the security concern could be that would prevent me from being able to delete an expired card off of my account.
I was told I could have 1 more field added so I could add a new card (since I already had 5), but he said it would have to go to corporate for approval and take 7 - 10 days for it to be approved. The guy was nice and tried to help by telling me it would be better for me to make a new account.
