Why would you not be allowed to delete your old credit cards out of your epass account? I don't get it, I can change or delete my account details in paypal with a few clicks. They send confirmation emails which I must respond to with my passord and answer a few key questions that only I would know the answer to, and that's that. DONE.
I doubt this is about fraud protection, it's about a glitch in their system that they need to look into and fix.
I've wanted on several occasions to go ahead and set up an epass account for myself, it's threads like this that prevent that from happening.

Yeah that is total bullshit, I asked them the same thing because I needed to deleate some old cards as well, but I got the "you can't deleate credit cards once they're on there". Wtf is up with that, why not?
I agree with you those, Chase bank sucks every since they bought out Bank One. I've had nothing but problems since they switched.Comment

You must have slipped through the crack some kind of way. I've spent a lot of time going over this with my bank. I have threatened to pull my accounts. In the end its not worth it.
I go out of my way to get a credit card just so I can use epass and i still have problems, they tell me to make a new account because I have too many cards on file. That wasn't the question / complaint. I don't want to bust your balls. You seem like a nice guy and doing the best you can under the circumstances.
The question was why can't we delete old / expired cards off of our own account. The customer service person I spoke to today said cards can not be deleted. Not only can I not do it myself it sounded like it couldn't be done, period. I don't see what the security concern could be that would prevent me from being able to delete an expired card off of my account.
I was told I could have 1 more field added so I could add a new card (since I already had 5), but he said it would have to go to corporate for approval and take 7 - 10 days for it to be approved. The guy was nice and tried to help by telling me it would be better for me to make a new account.
