Sorry I am frustraited.
Chase bank is blocking them so I can no longer use my chase debit cards to load money. I've been going round and round with the bank since Chase bought out my old bank, Bank One. Chase would manually remove the block for me, it would work for a month then it would be blocked again. We did this about 4 times and then the bank finally said, sorry epassporte is completly blocked you can't transfer money to them.
Fine.
So I get a credit card from another bank and go to add that to my account but I can not find the " add new card " link. I make a post here if anyone can help me and all I get is smart ass replies like I am an idiot for not being able to find it.
I just called epassporte to ask them where the fucking add new card link is and they tell me I have too many cards on file that is why I don't see the link. OK FINE, let me delete some I can't use them anyway. I had old cards from Bank one on t here and then I had put new cards on when Chase sent me new cards. None of them work now, let me delete them. I am told " SORRY you can't" . ok then how do I add a new one. " Well you will need special approval from corperate that will take 7 - 10 days" WTF... so i was actually advised to set up a new account?
