24,000 sq feet. bottom level (10,000 sq feet)rented out to a new nightclub - their rent covers mortage, utilities and property tax. 2nd level open (10,000 sq feet) and top is 4000 sq feet and rented out as well

putting in my office and space to rent other offices out in the 2nd level. Right downtown and one street over from portage and main. great location.
