what do you think the domain hadnt.com is worth?

I had a offer via sedo that I'm not going to take because it's not enough, but I'm having a hard time deciding what it's worth. Normally I always have a plan for any domains I buy. However I hadnt.com got a clue as to what it's worth.

I don't know the first thing about domain appraisal... but it seems like a pretty cool name to me

Maybe you should spend a month or 2 developing it first, I can think of lots of cool stuff you could do with it

Ok, here's my idea for a mainstream website for this domain:

hadnt.com - you post a bunch of initial questions along one line, and people can reply

"What if we hadn't gone to war with Iraq"

"What if communism hadn't fallen?"

"What if zango hadn't gone into business?"

Yeah you heard me. Contact me if you want, I have lots of ideas.
