what do you think the domain hadnt.com is worth?

I had a offer via sedo that I'm not going to take because it's not enough, but I'm having a hard time deciding what it's worth. Normally I always have a plan for any domains I buy. However I hadnt.com got a clue as to what it's worth.

I don't know the first thing about domain appraisal... but it seems like a pretty cool name to me

Maybe you should spend a month or 2 developing it first, I can think of lots of cool stuff you could do with it
