				 | I love Craigslist.   I remember when I bought a condo and was looking for tenants/roommates a few years ago. I paid $43 for a 3-day classified ad in my local big cuty paper and got only one CALL. Zero trues prospects. I posted on Craigslist for free and within a few days had some good prospects come over and within a few weeks, got my tenants! I have gotten 5 now this way. |
