Question about referal money and ccbill
Someone just told me if im pushing affiliates to a ccbill program but not sending surfer traffic i will not get paid. Is this thru?

The affiliate money is called a bonus payout in the ccbill payment structure.
So do the math. Always better to send some surfers as well.
