Dell is being accused of making false promises to customers to drive sales, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

Two Dells at my office at home and I live in NY. Will probably only put money in the pockets of some lawyers.

from what I read in that article and others Dell sounds pretty crooked.
I've long since learned not to use customer support, its only a runaround.
