Dude, no. Don't start a tgp in 2007. You are working backwards. Do something else with the domain.

review sites need to much job.
blog requires to work everyday, you need also the backlinks. Imo it is still possible to make money in tgp. |

If this is his first tgp he's going to have to work everyday anyway so he might as well learn how to blog. I mean a real blog covering a niche you are personally interested in with REAL posts. Or, even better, 10.
You will make more money long-term that way. In your first 3-6 months a newb TGP is still barely making lunch money where if you really learn to blog or anything else the SE's love you will have money coming in for years to come. You can also make auto updating SE friendly info pages and many other things. Directories with short description are also making a comeback. It's like a review site but not as saturated at this point IMHO... plus with enough of them you can sell the search traffic.

Yeah, the whole industry had fucking tunnel vision for 7 years. There's multiple options now a days so don't be afraid to try them. ;)

Adult is only a small side job for me, but I've had lots more luck with blogs.. with way less work. I think if you're doing a real TGP keeping up with cheaters would be a full-time job on its own. A fake TGP using FHG wouldn't be quite as bad.

Start your TGP. Build it up. You can always use the traffic

thats my approach.
Build the TGP's to get some traffic moving through my network. Blogs DON'T need work every day!!!! You can do it all in one day and schedule it for the week!

Part of the problem is your 'as much traffic' line. The better question is 'what else bring better traffic'. Also there is no law in the industry that you have to do only one type of site - even on the same domain.
