i was working on my sig last night to add ytcracker to it for the xbiz show thing at the hard rock and now the gif is jacked when exported.

It looks clean in imageready and photoshop.

on the psd and when in imageready it doesn't look like shit, but when i output it it gets all grainy. i have told image ready when i save it as an optimized gif to not reduce quality. am i missing something?

any help is appreciated.

i would need the actual psd to tell youlooks like compression formats IMO

Just an opinion but that banner is too busy. Also WTF is that font between to 2 dudes Hindi, Arabic?

mess with your save optimized as options, # of colors, dither, etc and view in the optimized window before saving until you tweak out the results (and size k) that works for you.
