Techies pls help, question about ftp pasv mode
I have a strange problem... How come I can only see files on my server when I turn OFF pasv mode? When I have pasv mode enabled I can't see anything when I log in ftp, everything is invisible.
Could this have something to do with my dsl provider and the fixed public ip they gave me and if so how? |

No I am allowed passive connections... My dsl provider gave me extra fixed ip's and when I use those I can't log in ftp using pasv mode, but when I'm just using
this setting called "router wan ip address" (whatever that means) then I can log in fine both ways, with pasv enabled or disabled. |
