I don't have much sympathy for people who get bullied constantly, shows they don't do anything about it when it happens. Grade school is a good time to learn about life-skills such as this.

Its not the bullies fault, he was a fuckin kid. Give him a break. If you read the story you can tell his mom is just some crazy lady with mental problems that obvouisly let those mental problems rub off on him enough to get picked on at school, he was probably one of those wierd kids that walked against the walls and would bark at you if you tried to talk to him. Of course those kids are going to be bullied. Any kid with half decent parents or NO parents at all is not going to get bullied much more than any other normal kid but kids with looney parents will probably always get picked on.

I taught my daughter who is turning 8 next month a couple brazilian jiu jitsu moves. Shes had some run-ins with bullies but she is tough as nails and i told her that bullies feed on fear. Theres no point in bullying someone if they arent scared of you, it just dont work. I told her never to be a bully because bullies are the worst kind of people. Bullies pick on kids that dont fight back, so I told her, even if the bully is bigger than you, never show you are afraid, it just feeds them.

But damn, kids these days are getting pretty messed up in the head, really early. When my daughter was in 1st grade there was this one girl who would go up to her and say some FUCKED up shit, like ' i killed both your parents and put them in a dumpster' and other sick ass things. We had to go the principals office like 3x before this kid was finally moved out of the class. Makes you wonder what kind of fucked up home shes in, how she got that way, etc,.

If you read this story, the so called bully in this case is more like a frightened 7 year old kid. It's really quite an absurd story and has been blown out of proportion IMO.

To those that believe fighting back is the best way to deal with bullys, it's most definitely not. As bullys are usually kids who need some sort of support - there is always a reason for kids being like that. Beating them up proves nothing and only makes them far far worse.
