It's that attitude that allows them to take our freedoms. If people raised hell and demanded that our constitutional rights be protected from our own government they would listen to us. I read somewhere that someone once said ,"People get the government they deserve." and the truth is that if we are all willing to sit by while our freedoms are stripped than we deserve it. You speak truth. My congressman is probably sick of hearing from me, but if enough people stayed informed and contacted their congressman about their views, it would not be special interests groups that put politicians in office, and instead it would be the will of the people.

So what if they want to cut some trees down? 6 million acres burned. Now in retrospect wouldn't it have been better if every one of those fucking trees were cut down and used for timber or paper? Damn tree huggers.
