$150 to anybody who can fix this problem (flash player)
Hi guys, we are using the flash player
http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=Flash+Video+Player and every now and then the player loads the video with audio but no video. If you refresh the page after it does this it is fine. There is a thread on the support forum for the player: http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?thread=3994 but none of the suggestions seemed to work with our version of the player. Also, we are having difficulty getting the newest version of this player to work on our site. Here is a screenshot of the error (you cannot see from the pic but as I said the sound plays but not the video)
