ePassporte account creation question - yes stupid that I have to ask here
Can I create an ePassPorte account without completing the sign up process by loading money to it and instead someone pays me for example $100?
Will I get the $100 and will I be able to use it?

I contacted them too but they aren't exactly known for prompt, informative replies.

You will have to activate the account by loading a minimum of $25 via credit card or from your bank account (bank account is US only.
