Disable the visual rich editor.

ya cut that wywiwiggy editor out, its a piece of trash

www.vpip.org is a good video plugin for wordpress

I just hit your ICQ about the RSS feeds, You're right, they need a tweak or two. It's not a n00b thing, it's a beta thing.

I believe it's in the options where you can change your password. It is a checkbox that is checked by default.

Uncheck it and apply changes....
