buy a nice fat beef stake. cook it on a very hot pan (prefferably without any kind of oil). salt/pepper as you like.
put it on a plate. take a nice lemon slice and squeese it on your stake. eat your stake with a salad from fresh vegetables.

and stay way from pork (pigs = dirty animals, they eat all kind of shit)

I got a receipy for you guys...

I don't know what i will call it yet but, maybe Anus Chicken

- 2 boneless breast
- fresh parsley (about a hand full)
- Fresh Onion (red preferably and half of one)
- Fresh Mushrooms (about a cup)
- Chili sauce from Heinz ( 1/2 a cup)
- 1/4 cup of sliced Fresh Green Onions
- 1/4 of Mapple Sirup
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
after cutting all your vegetable, mix your Chili sauce and Mapple Sirup in a bowl that goes in the oven. After putting hte sauce in the bowl put your 2 chicken breast in it and cover them with your Fresh vegetable and Parsley.

After that is done, cover your bowl with Foil paper. Then pre heat your oven at 350 degree. then after sealing your bowl, put it in the oven for about 30 minutes and VOILA!

it's nice with Rice on the side and no one in this message board better not say that i didn't invent this... Because i did!

3 boneless chicken breasts
1-2 cup white rice, uncooked
1 large jar of Pace salsa
1 can sweet corn

Fix it all up, mix ingredients, and use as burrito filling. The above amounts last me 4-5 days, at 2 burritos a day. It's pretty kick ass.
