I believe I am looking to file an opposition and then file an application
this isn't adult related, it's mainstream .. altho as far as I know it shouldnt really matter .. thanks for the recommendations so far ! |

I don't have any experience stuff with this before ..
anyone got any rough estimates on what I should be spending on an opposition filing ? or a trademark registration filing? Rates seem to be 200-400/hr Thanks again! |
