I believe I am looking to file an opposition and then file an application

this isn't adult related, it's mainstream .. altho as far as I know it shouldnt really matter ..

Call Richard Morris 1-305-673-6686 for the application filing. He is the best in the biz.

Ask him for a referral for the opposition. He referred me to another attorney when I filed an opposition to "adult turnkey" (I won BTW). I would just give you that guys info but I think he retired.

True... but what I meant was, are you looking for a lawyer to register a trademark or are you looking for a lawyer to enforce a trademark you already have.

I don't have any experience stuff with this before ..

anyone got any rough estimates on what I should be spending on an opposition filing ? or a trademark registration filing? Rates seem to be 200-400/hr
