Enlighten a foreigner (me): what are "the pedes"? I have seen countless references to them on this board, but I have no idea what they are. First I thought it is some short form of "pederast", but it doesn't make sense. Last time I saw it someone was talking about "releasing the pedes". WTF does that mean?

Amp controls all of the pede traffic, so he is the man to talk to. You may have to wait awhile as I think he may have some kind of legal problem, something about peeping and photographing some 15 year old black boy.
