What type of shopping cart?
Do you have access to the box the cart's installed on?
Is there data in the cart's database that's necessary?

I can add a new user/pass ( MD5 encryption ) if you have phpmyadmin access....

I do a lot of carts ( CubeCart, Xcart, Sunshop, OS Comm, etc ...)

Are you aware of the exploits with Sunshop 3.5 and the Beta 4.0 it seems 3.5.1 is the only secure version right now.

I know. I got a hard lesson in that last week. After doing some research I was further amazed at the number of vulnerabilities most scripts we use day to day have..
