What type of shopping cart?
Do you have access to the box the cart's installed on?
Is there data in the cart's database that's necessary?

So many questions.... So many things I have no idea about, but want to ask. :)

I can add a new user/pass ( MD5 encryption ) if you have phpmyadmin access....

I do a lot of carts ( CubeCart, Xcart, Sunshop, OS Comm, etc ...)

Are you aware of the exploits with Sunshop 3.5 and the Beta 4.0 it seems 3.5.1 is the only secure version right now.

I am ... I expect Turnkey to come up with a patch ....
On the other hand, the number of scripts vulnerable to exploits is absolutely amazing ....
