Yes, let's hope he works out...
I'm even more concerned about the new coach, Lane Kiffin. He has zero head coaching experience at any level. He finished High School in 1994 and college in 1998 - the guy is only 31 years old. It has been tough watching the silver and black fall so far in a matter of four years. I'm not sure what it will take to turn them around (it's possibly time for Al Davis to step aside).
