				My Monitor Is Fucking Up!
Can anyone help please? My monitor has started to freak out. At first it just started to breathe once in a while. But now, the whole screen keeps wacking out. I upped my hz from 60 to 70 and it got better for a little bit, but now it's freaking out again. It's doing it more often than it did before. Anyone know what's happening to it? It is about to die?

				 | I've got a backup... but I'll be going from a 19" to a 13". It's just shinking and expanding... sometimes it scrambles... If I hit it, it fixes it sometimes for a little bit...

				 | Yeah, it's dying, but don't worry - used monitors are cheap and you should be able to find one the same day your old one bites the dust. That's what I did when my old one suddenly disappeared in a puff of smoke. |

				 | That sucks... I've always had a problem with Dell monitors... my last one was a 17" and it was about 3 years old (same as this one) when it started to POP everytime I turned it on. Dell Sux... I'm going with the cow computer next time...

				 | 3 years sounds like average lifetime of a monitor. Unless you pour water into it, in which case it could be less (tip: don't put flowers that need watering behind your monitor) |

				 | don't worry, if you hit it and it fixes -> it has an imperfect electronic contact. it must be easy for an electronics technician to repair this, I had the same problem...
