OnlineExit was opened today by Rodney Connor, who used to handle the payout department of our Program.

He is no longer working for XitCash and is trying to shut down XitCash by closing
the traffic-routing-software on x-itcash.com.

Right now he is trying to pull over our webmasters to his own program.

Unfortunatelly we are not able to access the old traffic routing software, it's blocked by him.

To reduce the damage that he caused and to give you an impression of what's going on, we want to inform
you about the current situation and what we plan to do against him and for our webmasters.

- A new traffic routing software will be installed within 48 hours on Xitcash.com
- We will contact you as soon as the new server and the software is up and running
- The traffic that you are sending right now to your XitCash-Links URLs is not under our control.
The payments for this traffic should be done by Rodney Connor. If you have problems with the payouts,
please contact us right away ([email protected]). There are legal options to get your money
and we will assist you with this.
- All payments will be made directly by Jan Amelsberg aka Killah (ICQ 436541) from now on.

I sent them an email directly from a link on the Xitcash site asking who was in charge and got this reply

Syndicated Audio Text is running everything if you wish to continue to receive checks from us then you need to sign up at onlineexit.com.

As for your old account being moved or transfered it is still located on x-itcash.com.

The email that was sent was simply to let you know that to do business with Syndicated Audio Text you need to get a new account at onlineexit.com.

Ok, here is the deal. The first letter was sent to all clients. In that letter it was clearly stated that Syndicated Audio Text, who has been Supporting XitCash and Sellyourexit was pulling it's support for these two sites.

It stated that IF you wanted to continue doing business with Syndicated Audio Text, that you should go to the links provided to signup for your new code. At no point did the letter say that Syndicated Audio OWNED these two programs, but was the owner of the company in which You have been doing business with for the past 2 years. These two sites were under Syndicated Audio and being supported by this company.

It was letting the clients know that the support was being pulled and that is pretty self explanatory. It also stated that Syndicated Audio has been the one responsible for all payouts during this time. The software is owned by Syndicated Audio Text. Basically what it is saying is that the means in which you have been being paid and from that company are still going to be the same IF you choose to stay with this company, and if you do then there are steps that YOU need to take.

And steven, your posting rights were pulled because even AFTER this was explained to you, you made a NEW post about the same thing........ it was YOUR fault because we did try and respond to you but you refused to take that explanation.

The response that I got was from KIllah or whatever his name is and it said he didnt want to discuss it opnely, contact him Via ICQ. My responce to that is "hell no" why would I do that? If you cant talk about it openly then why would I believe a word you told me VIA ICQ? Further I doubt you pulled my posting and deleted the post because I mentioned the same thing twice with all the off topic nonsence that goes on at that board. You just don't want the webmaster community to know how screwed up your house is.
If I had to guess I would go with syndicated audio text they are after all the name that was always on my check. However playing cloak and dagger with your webmasters isnt gonna score you any points and you may wind up as a program with no affiliates. I have posted this same message on about 15 different webmaster boards and will continue to so know one gets screwed if you can't deal with that , OH well .

Ok so then what is your problem exactly? You were alerted that Syndicated Audio Text was not abandoning any webmasters and that all they were doing was pulling Support for these other two programs. So I fail to see how you think you are keeping anyone from being cheated, Syndicated Audio Text is the owner of that company and has NO intention of bailing on you.

You had a total of 9 posts over there and 5 of them was on this, two of which were AFTER it was explained to you. You asked who owned the company on ONE post you started and 2 people answered you, Syndicated Audio Text even responded to you in an email to explain things to you and yet you STILL came back and started trashing this whole situation AGAIN. I don't know of ANY sponsor that would put up with this.

Killah HIMSELF even explained to you on there that RConn owned the company and a little of what was going on, but YOU chose to make a pissing match of it. Well *I* won't tolerate this. You can post wherever you like, I am really not too concerned with this. HOWEVER, if all you wanna do is trash talk, then I, nor my members need this.

You can piss all you want, but you piss alone, I have nothing further to say to you on this matter. Apparently you don't have the capacity to understand any of it anyway, as ALL parties involved have told you what you wanted to know and you still wanna trash talk.

To let you know where *I* stand on this, I am an employee of Syndicated Audio Text and I remain loyal to that company, however, I won't have you coming to MY house and trashing either of these two, RConn OR Killah on MY stomping grounds. That is MY home and *I* make the rules. You were answered and responded to there and it wasn't good enough. Decision to disable your posting privileges were mine and mine alone.

No One is making a pissing match of anything I simply posted the emails I was sent I did not edit add to or delete anything from them, if that bothers you then, to bad you shouldnt have sent them. On The PIB I asked if anyone knew which to believe, if you think thats starting a pissing match then maybe you should invest in thicker skin.
I get a email from rod (audio text the folks that have been cutting the checks) With an aol address I get concerned have the places I post to dont allow me to use a free email address. If your using aol as your mail server then you must indeed be in trouble. Sign on to the Xitxash site and you see promotions for both new and old (and stats for old Not audio text) Telling you your stats wont count. I would call that a problem If it bothers you that I air your dirty laundry then I would suggest you get your cards in order. I am sure I am not the only webamaster now stuck with stats for both the old and new programs and wondering if he will get paid for either.

I have no issues with you personally, in fact I will give you the persistance as a plus, excellent quality in a person, I must admit. I just simply run the things I control my way as you run the things you control your way.

*I* have no dirty laundry at all and neither do these two. People get fired, split up and so on everyday, that is a given, it happens. And I am certain that neither party involved here intends to rip anyone off anywhere, THAT would be detrimental and very non-professional. What I am saying to you is that I don't intend to fight with you on this or anything else. In case you don't know me very well.... I don't wish ANYONE any ill feelings or trouble and don't want that now from you, I am simply trying to answer your questions.

I wish I could have too baby....... you have NO idea what I went thru to make that happen...... no one will ever know what I went thru to make that happen either, no one. I just couldn't control some things and I was only an employee when it came down to it....... had *I* been able to control it, I would have done that and I hope you know this. There are days when I STILL feel so horrible about that but I know there is no way I was ever going to make it happen...... a part of me feels that BECAUSE of my persistance on that side of things is what caused my being "let go".... but I can't control some things, sad but true.

syndicated audio is pulling the rug from under xitcash.com. But they own the rug, so thats not a "problem"

Problem is, they didnt give xitcash any prior warning and are emailing their webmasters.

so Xitcash is pissed off (and rightly so if Im correct in my assumptions)

When I posted the Xitcash information origanaly every space that had xitcash rod killah etc in it was censored out with smily faces to begin with, so please dont try to make out like I was posting the same thing over and over again
Telling Me to "Stop Bitching" and saying I am "Being Pissy" has already put you over the professional line. I have only been doing the adult thing for a very short time, however I can assure you I have been a webmaster for a very long time and whenever I have had problems with my affiliate programs in the office arena Office max, Staples etc they didnt reply that I was being Pissy or bitchy. Perception is part of the problem the adult webmaster community has, a lack of professionalism. The industry will always be treated second class as long as this type of language is used in responding to its members, it would never be tolerated in any other industry.
AS to persistance its probably because you never answeared any of the questions I asked in the first place nor covered any of the points I brought up, all of this that you say was posted on PIB I never saw, and apaerantly never will since you chose to censor it off the boards. Furthermore no answear as to why your using AOL email addresses, that seems a little mickey mouse to me. You say webmasters for both will get paid however the old Xitcash says you will owe us for everything even the stuff thats showing up on their system now. I went to the new site and there is no way to register so that I can retain my hits from the old system I just have to start out all over again.
The purpose of a message board is to give access to people for the free flow of idea's and thoughts if you don't like what a poster says as long as they are not spamming or posting 5 million times to themseleves. Censoring me off that board only proved my point. You guys need to wake up, the 90's are gone there are a million programs like yours on the net paying as much if not more and as everyone knows (even a newb like me) pop ups are only good for your garbage traffic anyway, you cant get listed on the lowleist of sites with exit pops anymore. My suggestion to you would be to treat your affiliate webmasters with a little more respect, and give up censorship as a bad ideal. That is in retrospect hillarious if you think about it. an adult message board censoring someone?

You SHOW me respect and you GET respect. This is very easy to understand. In the 3 years I have been in this business, I have cussed at MAYBE 4 people and this was when they went WAY out of line and started in on ME personally. Had I called you a motherfucker or a cocksucker, then you could legitimately say I was disrespecting you, but at no time did I or will I ever do this.

As for the email addy being an AOL email? Your checks both cashed, did they not? Those were sent by the very person that is using this AOL email addy that you are so bothered with. I don't think someone's ISP should determine whether they are credible enough to handle a Company or a Business.

As for what goes on on my board, as I said, I control it and it will run the way *I* want it to run. I have NO issues with people who ask something because they truly want to know it, however, I take GREAT issue in people making trouble. You were never even an active member over there so why is this even an issue with you? If you were an ACTIVE member, then I would have had a little more tolerance for your antics, but you were only active when there was drama surrounding it. I don't like Drama and I don't have to tolerate it. I much prefer it when everyone gets along and learns from each other and can have a good time doing it..... I don't have much use for drama in my life.

I am truly sorry if you think I was disrespecting you, that was never my intention. I am just sooo not into drama and I try and stay clear of it as much as I possibly can.

I have to admit though you would make a great politician, still no answear as to why the words Xitcash where censored out of my post the second it was posted and the one reply I did get to see from Killah telling me to contact him via ICQ was deleted an hour before my message was deleted and why a message board full of Xitcash webmasters has no mention of what is going on at xitcash its pretty obvious you censored them to.

No in fact, I had only put that censor up about 20 minutes before you posted the second time as a result of something else that was going on that didn't even involve you. YOU took that personally and went off and rather than start world war 3, I stopped a potential problem before it started. What I did as in the censor had less than nothing to do with you actually. It was something else I was watching going on in the system so I censored it. I can assure you it had nothing to do with you on THAT aspect.

And yes Killah did answer you, he said that Syndicated Audio Text belonged to Rodney and that Sellyourexit belonged to him....... he didn't lie and he wasn't rude to you about it at all. I have no malice towards Killah in the least, it isn't my style.

As for a whole board full of Xitcash webmasters? YOU were the first and only one to even bring it up over there. No one else had brought it up in public....... I have banned 3 people from there since it opened........ and I don't delete threads simply because I don't like them...... there isn't anything to delete. Since it opened, there has only been maybe 2-3 pissing matches at all..... so there isn't a need to delete threads. I have deleted more of my own than anyone else.

But I guess you are your own little dictator over there and serious question can get deleted in favor of the more popular "whats my favorite song", "would you screw this girl", type post that your board is full of, giving away T-shirts might excite some but I am in this to make money. I am done with this, I have answered everything you have asked in triplicate and I have explained as much as I can to you. Seems no matter what I say to you, you are going to find something ELSE to scream and stomp your feet about. This has gone way beyond ridiculous with you and I am out of the energy to keep saying the same things and answering the same things over and over again. Professional or unprofessional, some people aren't going to hear what is being said either way.

I thought it was just me. I think what happened is dear Rod stabbed Killah in the back with audio text while killah wasnt looking, siezed control of a system audio text had the rights to and started his own program ( I did sign up for the new one for today just to try it in hopes they would give me credit for the hits already registered) and found out it has even more (4-6) Pop ups then the old xitcash (2-4).
There was no pissing match on PIB I just asked never got an answear saw my post had been deleted so asked again, got banned. Way to much cloak and dagger and back stabbing for me, after all if Rod would screw over his buddie and former employeer what do you think he would do to his affiliate webmasters?

I have to say that Tam is not responsible for the deleted threads, the ban from the board and the censored stuff. She was an employee of both Rodney Connor and me over the last 3 months, after our split she decided to go with Rodney. He is the one who gives these orders and makes the decisions.
So even if these actions are nothing that I concider fair or competitive, it's not Tams fault. In order to not lose your job, you need to do what your boss tells you and I respect that.
