Business and Gambling have plenty of similarities - most importantly, you are only as good as your word and if you owe then you better pay up.
I love all the comments people are making in defense of Roger when it seems pretty damn clear he was trying to welch his way out of paying the bet by attacking Franck personally, claiming he meant to lose, saying he wouldn't pay just because he thinks Franck is an idiot, blah, blah, blah. All of these bet posts have been an excellent example of how much loyalty buying someone a beer or throwing a party at the shows can buy. Word to the sheep and the old schoolers that protect the good ol' boy network - friends and ass kissing affiliates don't let old school friends and or sponsor reps be deadbeats.
I don't know Franck but seems like he was well within his right to give back just as much as was dished out to him.
Do I have an axe to grind? Hell yes, Roger promised us traffic to initiate a trade. Did he come through? Nope, never happened.

2. You didn't lease my feeds, in fact quite the opposite - you would always say you would then not. The feeds were picked up by PK only when I talked to Carol and the real ownership of Porn Kings, not the affiliate rep that was supposed to look like the owner. This is why I told you that you would have to sign up first since your promising anything was already suspect.

you have to be an idiot to even make these bets. You don't think he can get 5 friends with credit cards to signup and then wait a few days and just do a charge back.
How about a bet like: average 5 sales a day with me for 30 days and I will give you a $2,000 bonus or some shit like that so he can't cheat you.

To try to back out of a bet because the other person pissed you off or made you look bad is a poor excuse.
Reminds me of all the scammers I have dealt with in the past. You pay for something they don't deliver and make up excuses. After weeks of being nice and giving them more time you say something like " like if you don't send me the fucking traffic i am going to report your ass". And then you get the standard reply, " well i was just about to send you the traffic your purchased but since you got an attitude with me and threatened me I am not sending you traffic and I am keeping your money".
