epassporte doesn't work with 2checkout. I experienced the same, and saw several others reporting the same

johnbosh -- if you have a chance, email me either your user account name, or what you were told by 2checkout, and I'll tell you what's up.

There are occasions where one cardholder can make purchases from a merchant and other ones are declined.

These are usually due to fraud scrubbing that is based on IP, avs and country of card origin.

kimmy @ epassporte.com

Include your user name and I'll have my guys look at what they attempted.

It could also be a situation similar to one that I had occur to me last week.

It looks like they are doing real time online auths but in reality they are batching and trying to run them the next day or whenever. In that case, they aren't really running online transactions and it won't go through until they upgrade their systems.

Of course when I tried to explain this to the people at MAC cosmetics they didn't get it.

I've emailed them about this, and here the response.

"We are working with several billing companys
at this very moment on having them allow Epassporte as a payment method.
Unfortunatley we have not yet worked out all the details with some
companys. In the near future we will have a wide array of billing
compnays accept Epassporte as a billing service.

Hope that helps.

Hmmm... we've been using 2CO for about nine months now and we've had very few declines. Most of them were people trying to pay with their epassporte virtual visa.

Very strange until 2007-04-16 I had no problems with the virtual visacard and 2 checkout.com
But now I getting errormessages like:
Sorry, your order failed.
Error: Do Not Honor or
Invalid Tran Type
:-(
