I used to take it...never had any problems...but it definitely didn't make me lose any weight. Those damn things actually made it to where I was hungry ALL the time

If you do have hesitant to take some diet pills, i think you should not do it..you can still lose weight with natural diet..well, if you really want to lose weight, you should be patient coz it really takes time..
