Many want to move here because of our "free" hospital and Medicare system.
If they are going to be an obvious drain on our health system, no matter WHAT, they have, leave them out IMHO. But IF they can demonstrate they can pay 100% of their health care costs in perpetuity, again no MATTER what they have, welcome to your new home. 2c
