Of course, if you are running across our border ILLEGALLY, then you can cross over with any kind of disease or criminal record. The restrictions and rules are only for people trying to come here legally and obey the law.

2 sets of laws in America. One for illegals and one for legals and citizens. Guess who gets a better deal and do whatever the fuck they want? :1orglaugh

Many want to move here because of our "free" hospital and Medicare system.

If they are going to be an obvious drain on our health system, no matter WHAT, they have, leave them out IMHO.

But IF they can demonstrate they can pay 100% of their health care costs in perpetuity, again no MATTER what they have, welcome to your new home.

According to your brilliant theory as long as you have some cash you are welcome anywhere. LOL if cash could fix the problem we would have already fixed it!! You don't think someone with a terminal disease represents any other sort of risk other than monetary?!
