![]() So my uncle told me to buy offices or houses under my corp, because i will be paying shit load of taxes! So is it a good time to buy real estate? I will just buy a house or office building and just leave it, cause renting it out is too much trouble. I will just sell it later or something.

lol why not rent it out and make a little bit of money off it each month if you plan it out right. Sure there are tax breaks for real estate but you also need to research your area and get the right kind of loan that will work into your future plans. I would rent anything out rather then let it sit there and you paying a payment on it for nothing. Have a propery management run it for you atleast.
